How does working 4 days a week sound? How does getting paid more based on your team productivity? You would be working 4 – 10 hours days on a set schedule in a critical role that would provide our customers with products to service the consumers. Select product from shelves as required to fill orders for customers by matching orders and UPC codes. This is done both manually and by using a voice system [Jennifer]. Receive $2,000 Sign On Bonus if hired by May 1, 2021 Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Reads order and numerical code to determine items to be picked. Confirms order using voice system [Jennifer] Places items in totes, banding like items where appropriate. Notifies line starter and stocker of any shortages. Pushes totes down rollers to next order selector. Marks materials with identifying information. Confirm orders upon completion by keying information into the computer database and/or using voice system [Jennifer]. Meets productivity and accuracy standard. Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education: Less than a High School Diploma or GED Basic computer skills – requiring able to use a log in and password, follow simple instructions.  Experience: Experience not required, but preferred  Language Skills: Ability to read a limited number of two- and three-syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers. Ability to write and speak simple sentences in English. Mathematical Skills:  Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.
