Description

Overall Responsibility: Mixing and Blending Operator will operate machines to mix and blend a wide variety of materials, such as spices, color pigments, and other ingredients per specific company specifications. Key Areas of Responsibility: • Dump or pour specified amounts of ingredients into blending equipment • Transfer and move raw ingredients as needed to the Blending room • Transfer and move finished blended material to holding areas • Perform all other production tasks as needed Qualifications: • High School education or equivalent • Manufacturing experience desired • Minimum of 1 to 2 years of directly related experience. Physical and Environmental Demands: Physical Physical demands consist of standing, walking, reaching overhead, bending, twisting, pushing, and pulling, grasping, stooping, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Frequently: • Standing • Walking • Push/Pull • Handle Objects • Bending • Reaching with hands and arms Lifting Requirements: • Up to 50lbs Environmental • Manufacturing with average noise levels, dust levels and moving machinery.
