Found shih tzu on fair oaks road, running down the middle of the street. No collar, very sweet. Sat behind my car and wouldn't move. If this is yours or know whose it might be please contact me with coloring and sex of the dog or any photos so I know its yours! Taking to the vet now to see if its chipped.
