Lava Laundry is looking for a talented individuals to join our team as a Laundromat Attendants at our Davis and Woodland locations. Lava Laundry provides the best in class laundry services to our high end laundromats throughout the Northern California region. Job Responsibilities include: Opening and closing laundromats on time Ensuring that the facility remains clean at all times, this includes cleaning Responsible for basic maintenance throughout the store such as: Point person for customer issues Keeping an updated inventory of laundry detergents and cleaning supplies Tracking maintenance and repairs on laundering equipment Tracking customer data from drop-off service, gathering email, phone, address Drop-Off Service Taking payment Managing phone calls from customers Timely washing, drying and folding Coordinating pick up Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Prior experience in a similar role is preferable. Familiarity with cleaning detergents and laundering equipment. Ability to stand for long periods. Capacity to lift up to 20 pounds unaided. Basic arithmetic skills. Outstanding organizational and time management skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Spanish speaking is a plus!
