Superior Appliance Repair is looking for a self-starter Field Service Technician in the greater Sacramento/Roseville, CA area to deliver the desired customer service experience. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention and increases profitability. Training will be provided to the right candidate. Job Description: -Technician will be traveling to customers’ homes/place of business providing service and customer support during field visits -Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks (home appliances, TV's, Washers, Dryers, Dishwashers etc.) -Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions -Build positive relationships with customers -Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization -Produce timely and detailed service reports Required Qualifications: -Must have clean driving record and a valid driver’s license -Motivated self-starter with a passion and drive to start and complete projects. -Ability to work independently, no immediate supervision. -Effective written and verbal communication skills. -Basic mathematical, analytical and problem-solving skills. -Strong attention to detail and quality of work.
