Certified Cleaner    Job Type: Part Time, Hourly  Hours: Flexible hours, vary Pay: Hourly    BabyQuip, the leading baby gear services platform (as seen on the hit ABC show, Shark Tank!), is looking for Certified Cleaners (also known as Quality Providers) to join and our growing community of “grime fighters”.  Work from home (or at a designated location), earn hourly income and provide peace of mind to families by ensuring their baby gear is clean and sanitized. BabyQuip Certified Cleaners clean and sanitize items like strollers, car seats or high chairs. Certified Cleaners are responsible for picking up, cleaning, and delivering  baby gear to customers and/or may clean gear at a central location and coordinate drop off and pick up logistics with customers.    Certified Cleaners will:  Follow a 5 step process to deep clean and sanitize baby gear, including but not limited to strollers, car seats, high chairs and other baby gear. Manage the customer experience and cleaning appointments from start to finish. Effectively communicate and build relationships with customers  Be a “grime-fighter”! Operate a Vacuum and Steamer, and other cleaning tools and products (provided). Represent BabyQuip Cleaning at pop up events and assist with event set up and take down.   Requirements: Ability to exercise good judgment and communication with staff at all levels.  Ability to communicate effectively with customers. Tech Savvy; ability to manage email communications, and utilize various online tools. Must be detail oriented, able to plan, prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.  Demonstrated ability to operate equipment safely in the workplace and be accountable for safety standards.  Excellent cleaning skills and the willingness to tackle tough projects. It may get messy! Proper safety equipment, gloves and aprons, are provided.  Working knowledge of strollers, car seats and other baby gear is helpful, but not required. Experience working with parent clientele is helpful, but not required.   Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent at minimum.  Willingness to travel to all 5 New York City Boroughs  Valid Driver's License and Reliable Vehicle Must be able to lift 30lbs in a repetitive motion to assist parents and caretakers with lifting baby gear and for setting up cleaning or event equipment.    Ideal for those with experience in these categories:  Childcare Housekeeping Car Detailers  Bicycle Repair General Cleaning Laundry Service   If interested please send a resume and why you’re interested in joining BabyQuip Cleaning to: [email protected].
