RV parking wanted

Good day, I just bough a new 2021 Vintage Gulf Stream Cruiser (RV trailer) which I absolute adore. What I don't have is land to house the RV at the moment. Ideally I would like a water and electric hookup, but I am open to boondocking (off grid) as a back up options. I am will to do a work trade to park on your land so we are both getting something out of the deal. About me: I am a teacher with 15 plus years in the educator field just looking for kind people to help. My finances were negatively affected by the pandemic and I was forced to move out of my apartment. I am very clean, respectful and for the most part I keep to myself. I have great rental history, good credit and I am aware of how my actions affect those around me.
