Troubleshoot and fix propane heaters

2 propane heaters are not working and we need a quote to find out if we should invest in new ones or pay to have them fixed. would love someone with an electrical background to look at the wires. please send a quote for initial assessment and then how much to fix once diagnosed. I am in placitas, near Bernalillo, thanks! I may have other work and odd jobs as well, looking to install a natural gas line for a fire table as well.
