***HIRING NOW*** POSITION: Residential Maintenance - Full Time Salary: $20 per hour Job Description: Being reliable with an eye for detail is the first step to getting this job. The ideal candidate will have prior experience and a basic knowledge in Plumbing and Electrical systems. HVAC Experience is a PLUS with a greater starting pay. Experience using hand and electrical tools. Very good communication and interpersonal skills. You may be required to speak with tenants. Manual Dexterity and Physical Stamina are a must. THIS IS A RESIDENTIAL MAINTENANCE POSITION. EXPECT TO DRIVE & WORK AT MULTIPLE JOBSITES THROUGHOUT THE DAY. 1. INDIVIDUALS MUST HAVE THIER OWN TOOLS. NO EXCEPTIONS. 2.
