Ardent Communities is a family-owned Columbus, OH based property management company. With over 20 properties around the Columbus and surrounding areas, we are well established and growing! The housekeeper position is a previous role that we are expanding to include additional properties. This person will takes pride in having a clean and presentable space for any new and current residents. We're looking for a self-motivated person who is detail-oriented to maintain cleanliness and sanitation expectations. The role requires a dependable person who takes ownership, has the drive and time management skills necessary to keep a multi-family property looking exceptional year round. Responsibilities: - Daily cleaning of the leasing offices, clubhouses, kitchen, model(s), hallways and/or any other common areas including vacuuming and dusting when necessary - Sparkling (light cleaning) a unit 24 hours prior to a new tenant moving into their new space Benefits: - Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance offered - Paid Holidays after 90 days - 401k offered after a year - Schedule: Day shift, weekends may be required Requirements- Minimum 1 year of multi-family or hotel housekeeping experience - Willing to undergo a background check, in accordance with local law/regulations - Bank account in your name for direct deposit PI134264447
