THE CABOT GROUP is looking for a dedicated, customer service oriented individual to join their team. Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 1. Monitors building to ensure a neat and clean presentation and environment. 2. Performs various cleaning activities throughout the day : office cleaning and gym cleaning 3. Follows all written and verbal instructions. 4. Ensures all cleaning supplies are stored in appropriate areas. 5. Clean common areas in apartment building to include disinfecting hallways Sweeps and mops all hard surface flooring, dusts all walls and vacuum all carpeting. 6. Removes trash and dispose of in designated areas. 7. Maintains all equipment to include: − vacuum cleaners − trash cans − mop buckets 8. Ensure security of building during job and reports any security violations to management. 9. Reports the need for any major repairs to management. 10. Reports emergency maintenance problems and/or environmental hazards immediately. 11. Adheres to all company policies and procedures. 12. Performs other related duties as assigned. Clean valid NYS driver's license a must
