Click here: A Typical Workday May Include: ▸ Extrude quality product in an efficient manner (checking product every 30 minutes, making necessary adjustments to run product to target) ▸ Conduct quality in-process checks and document correctly ▸ Inspect the product to guarantee all required quality standards are met. This would include correct shape, color, size and density ▸ Adjust weigh belts as needed ▸ Ensure proper topical ingredients are being used and applied at the specified rates ▸ Set-up die plates and knife heads ▸ Conduct efficient changeovers as specified to the production schedule ▸ Minimize start-up and change-over times working as efficiently as possible ▸ Communicate with batching control room operators ▸ Dumping ration and fines carts ▸ Keeping area and equipment clean ▸ Sanitize equipment according to plan ▸ Maintain equipment ▸ Transfer responsibilities from shift to shift What You Will Need: ▸ Right to work in the U.S. that is not based solely on possession of a student visa or a visa sponsored by a third-party employer. ▸ Cargill requires that employees be a minimum of 18 years old to work in a production facility. ▸ Must be able to perform physical job duties including bending/stooping, climbing ladders, open/close valves, shoveling and pounding with hammer ▸ Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds ▸ Must be able to work under special work conditions, such as extreme heat or cold ▸ Ability to work in elevated areas ▸ Must be able to operate machinery ▸ Must be able to operate heavy equipment ▸ Must be able to read/write English ▸ High School diploma or Equivalent ▸ Ability to work overtime ▸ Ability to work holidays, nights, weekends or different shifts Equal Opportunity Employer, including Disability/Vet.
