German Shepherd stray spotted

Description

Small perfectly formed and marked German Shepherd. I could not tell whether the dog was male or female. They had a worn brown color around their neck. Very hungry. (But not after I was through with them.). I could not tell if this dog is an adult or a half grown puppy. But my sense is that it is more the half grown puppy type. Very scared, but very gentle. Took food from my hand but would not let me touch them. Nipped at my legs when I finally had to leave, and it about broke my heart. Lots of people were trying to catch this dog. No one really had a chance. Hope they make it home.
