Reliable, mature individual needed to help with gardening in a very pleasant and safe residential setting. This position is part-time (usually one to two days per week) from MAY THROUGH THE END OF OCTOBER. Looking for an extremely reliable individual who enjoys working outside and is efficient, energetic, punctual, detail-oriented, and able to focus on/follow instructions. Great opportunity for someone who displays a friendly, disciplined work attitude and places high value on and follows through with their commitments. Some gardening experience is preferred. Tasks include, but not limited to: preparation of pots and raised planters, weeding, planting, dividing perennials, feeding plants, pruning, edging, raking, and bagging yard waste. Assistant will also help with outdoor décor placement, then clean and return décor to storage in October. No lawn care involved. This position offers: ~ paid training ~ some work day flexibility ~ GENEROUS end of season bonus ONLY if work effort and attitude is excellent throughout the season, outdoor décor work is completed, and end of October commitment is honored. Candidate must have a valid driver’s license and own reliable transportation.
