Job Description Qualifications: -The job consists of performing scheduled treatments of Pesticides and Fertilizers on trees & shrubs. -Must be able to diagnose and identify Insects and Diseases on trees & shrubs. PA Licensed in Category 06 is a plus. -May be required to trim and prune trees & shrubs -May be required to assist with lawn care treatments and seeding lawns during down time. - Required to schedule daily route -Will have to prepare work truck & equipment for daily route. -Communicate with customers -Will require strong verbal and written skills. -Must be motivated to work with minimal supervision -Must have valid driver’s license -Able to lift 50lbs -Able to pass a drug test. -Company willing to train the right motivated individual for a rewarding career path. -Any previous knowledge in these areas or PA pesticide certification is a plus. Salary: -Job Type: Full-time (7am to 3:30pm) -Starting Position pays $18.50 to $25.00 per hour plus performance bonuses -Hourly wage will depend on level of experience and knowledge -Health/Dental/Vision insurance -Paid holidays -Supply uniforms -Sign on bonus with at least 2 years experience in Tree & Shrub Care -Overtime is required during peak season.
