Great company, environment, and people! Responsibilities: Inspect to ensures a safe working environment prior to the shift. Starts assembly and production machinery. Monitors equipment to ensure that products are flowing properly. Finish, assemble, and sort wood products. Uses tools when needed, and fork truck (Training offered). Observes and removes the faulty product from the assembly, ensuring quality finished products. Inspects products to ensure they are up to quality standards. Affixes labels, company logos, and other exterior details to products as needed. When required, prepares products for shipment. Unloads, organizes, and stocks shipments. Ensures that all production deadlines are met, reducing lead times. Skills & Abilities Desire to be cross-trained in multiple areas - Production, Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse, Machinery, Project Management & Coordination. High School degree or equivalent Previous experience in a factory or warehouse setting is helpful, but not required- due to our robust training program. Valid Driver's License required. Work Environment Standard 40-hour workweek applies, with unlimited over-time offered, not required! Working hours will be spent in a pristine, air-conditioned production environment. Moderate to heavy physical activity such as walking and lifting is required daily. Individuals may be required to handle materials, fragile products. No travel required Why You'll Love it Here?
