Regular AC guy not available. Rehabbing 1300 sq ft single story residential flip in S FTW. 3 or 3.5 ton electric. No previous AC...was all window units. Dwelling down to studs...ceiling/walls all exposed and open. Looking for "all in" pricing with warranty, including line item detail if we proceed. Ball park ok, estimate off plan set better. Work to be done in next 2 weeks or so.
Note: Typical bid would have been around 4k if using regular source. Please do not respond if you are only open to retail homeowner pricing. Won't work in this case.
