**Seeking Independent contractors to complete work orders for a National property preservation company that manages Reo bank owned properties in the North Texas area called tx-19 which includes the city of: Newcastle;Breckenridge;bryson;caddo;cisco;cross plains;desdemona;eastland;graford;gordon;gorman;Lingleville;mingus;moran;olden;putnam;ranger;strawn;southbend;woodson: The work consist of: securing-lock changes, board-ups,debris removal; maid services;Grass-cuts;winterizaton, snow removal and on-going maintenance. You must submit and pass an aspen grove background check;valid drivers license with auto insurance; general liability insurance,must have an smartphone to use an app called Pruvan ;must be able to complete work orders timely, efficiently and with minimal supervision;must be willing to work at least 5 /6 days a week; good at email communication skills a must
