Cabinet Refinisher/Spray Tech If you are a skilled spray painter with waterborne and solvent knowledge and you take pride in your finished product, then this is the job for you! The right person will perform quality work according to customer requirements and deadlines, and always maintains a safe and clean environment. Responsibilities: - Correctly select and mix various lacquers, varnishes and paints - Skillfully apply various coatings to a variety of surfaces using spray guns and/or brushes - Finish cabinetry with alternating spray application o with a sanding or buffing application - Assemble, operate, maintain and clean spray equipment - Follow written or verbal instructions with minimal guidance - Maintain a clean, organized and safe workspace Required Skills: - Strong commitment to meeting customer requirements - Experience using tools and fixtures necessary for job completion - Valid driver’s license and clean driving record - Ability to read blueprints, technical specifications and written instructions - Must be able to lift 75lbs and stand for hours at a time Kolorado Paint Kompany is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
