Elite Details Plus is looking for a self-motivated and ambitious Auto Detail Technician. Elite Details Plus specializes all around automotive care. We are a growing Company, and multiple positions are available at all levels. We are looking for an ambitious individual that is looking to succeed along with learning the business. Looking to fill this position fairly quickly! Please have current industry experience! Essential job duties include: - Inspect vehicles for compliance with safety regulations and noticeable defects, such as dents, scratches, torn upholstery, and poor mechanical operation - Follow all paint manufacturing guidelines - Inspect surfaces to detect minor chips and scratches in paint - Polish, buff, and wet sand vehicles if needed - Clean vehicles to sale condition according to companies specification. - Apply wax to auto body - Refurbish headlights - Write on an invoice of reconditioning work performed. - Maintain clean, orderly and organized work area - Replace defective items according to specifications using hand tools - Sticker removal and/or adhesive removal if needed - Finite interior detailing including but not limited to carpet extractions, scrubbing stains off seats, applying safe guard protective layer to interior of vehicles, and any other interior cleaning needed. Requirements Skills/Requirements include: - Ability to operate an automobile - Manual dexterity, good judgment and ability to operate power/hand tools and other types of machinery safely - Possible expose to hot, cold, wet or humid conditions - Must be able to walk, bend, push/pull, kneel, crouch, stoop, reach or crawl - Personable, friendly demeanor with customer service approach to internal and external customers - Multi-tasking and easily adapt to fast-paced environment - Ability to read and understand basic instructions. Write estimates and work orders. Write work order on invoice billings. - Ability to communicate effectively. - Must be at least 18 years of age - Must have a valid driver's license - 6-12 months of previous work experience (not required but a plus) - Must have a work ethic - Self-starter and ambitious
