Service Managers & Techs needed for apartment communites

Join Griffis/Blessing as we grow. We're one of the largest residential property management companies along the Front Range and we're building a team of experienced Service Members. We're actively hiring experienced Service Managers and Technicians to be responsible for scheduling vendors, ordering & maintaining appropriate levels of stock parts/renovation packages and other duties as assigned. Must have your own transportation and pass a drug test / background check. We're also looking for Housekeepers, Groundskeepers & Porters. Benefits, PTO, professional development and room to grow. DUTIES INCLUDE: - Assist in maintaining and following all required MSDS procedures. - Keep accurate inventories of all parts, equipment, and supplies on the property. - Maintain adequate stock amounts within budget constraints. - Perform all work under safety procedures of the Griffis/Blessing Service Manual (i.e., protective gear such as gloves, shoes, eye shields, etc.). - Perform repairs and replacements in apartments including the inspection of and repair to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, windows, screens, concrete patios/balconies, doors, lighting, patio or balcony hand rails, interior stairways, subfloors, cabinet installs, appliances, etc. - Perform any and all repairs in apartments to unit upgrades; report repairs that need contracting outside of your skill set. We're seeking skilled technicians with a experience in apartment or related renovations, general knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances and carpentry. Ideal candidate is working toward or holds CAMT certificate, plumber’s journeyman, EPA, CPO, etc. Ideal candidate also brings a proven ability to work well with residents, co-workers, supervisor, company employees and vendors.
