Cleaning Person Needed for Long-Term, Regular Work

Small property management and rental company seeks regular cleaning person or crew for temp rental cleaning. 3-4BR, 2-level, 2 BA home needs regular cleanings. Mostly on weekends. Check-outs are 11am, check-ins are 3pm. Usually we provide 1+ week notice when there's a stay, although often there are short-notice stays and we'd need cleaning the next day, etc. Cleanings are usually Saturday and Sundays. We're going to be adding more properties to clean, so you'll have even more work or we'll need more people. Please provide references, experience, etc. You'll need a cellphone and reliable transportation. Offering $15/hour "CASH." No 1099. Payment is made by Wells Fargo business check. You can cash it, same as cash to you.
