Growing Swimming Pool Company looking for a full time pool service technician. * This position will be servicing around 60-70 residential pools, designated weekly route * Must have dependable, clean truck with hitch for service cart * Smart phone to perform all functions of this position. * All chemicals and supplies will be supplied to you each week. * Full time work for someone with a service-oriented personality, ability to work outdoors. * Work schedule is Monday to Thursday, daylight hours only. * Experience preferred but not required. * Excellent Pay, Paid training, Primary Responsibilities: - Vacuuming/Skimming/Brushing Pools - Maintaining chemical levels - Identify and report any needed repairs or service needs back to manager. - Filter cleanings, small repairs - Extra pay - Occasional minor repairs - Interacting with Homeowners and their pets Requirements: - Must have - Needs to be honest, dependable, and consistent. - Needs to be mechanically inclined. - Needs to be in good physical condition with the ability to lift 55 lbs and carry it 100 feet. - Willingness to be a team player, follow directions, willing to go above and beyond for the clients - Fluent English, bilingual okay. - Clean appearance/drug free-Pass drug test - Able to work independently and is self motivated. - Ability to work in the sun daily. - Ability to work in the cold and heat. - Must be 21 years of age. - Valid Driver's License clean (no points) Proof of insurance. - Pass criminal background check Benefits: - Working for a family run company that values its employees and customers. - Cleaning equipment and chemicals provided. - Two week paid vacation benefit after the first year. - Health Insurance, dental and vision - Four weeks scheduled vacation in winter months - 2 weeks paid vacation after first year - Company logo shirts provided and signage Preferred Skills: - Strong communication skills with clients and management - Time management skills - Attention to detail - Ability to multi-task - Ability to recognize and solve problems - Fast learner - Honesty - Dependability **Immediate hire** * Serious qualified individuals only * Respond back to this posting via email * Send resume or past 5 years of work experience * Tell us about yourself * Photo of yourself and truck/suv We will contact you asap if we are interested in setting up interview.
