Medical Cannabis Cultivator seeking part time cultivation technicians; experience in commercial agriculture a plus but not required. We will train the right candidate. Description: Cleans, maintains grow rooms and cultivation facility at large, harvests plants, pruning and other maintenance tasks as assigned. This is a physically demanding position. Part time position, 20-28 hrs/ wk; individual must meet speed quotas to maintain employment Qualifications & Skills · Must be Age 21 or older (required) · Ability to learn fast and think on your feet · Willing to complete numerous physical labor tasks throughout the day · Ability to focus and be task oriented · Complete tasks efficiently with minimal oversight Physical capability: Indoor growing environment- requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods of time, and consistent attention to detail for several hours at a time. Must be able to bend, lift and stoop continuously. Ability to lift 60 lbs. unassisted and up to 80 lbs. assisted.
