Safe open areas to charge

Hey I recently moved back to Vegas. I'm still looking for a place but my main question is, Does anyone know of any areas that aren't crowded at all where I can charge my laptop and use wifi for business and personal tasks? I mean obviously theres the main places like Starbucks, Panera, and Libraries. I was just wondering if anyone knew of like less known spots where I can charge and relax outside too
