Haus of Threes, artist collaborative, is currently looking for a few artistes to come on board and rent studio space. We have gotten an opportunity to rent a very large space 5 minutes from the T in Charleston. The space is raw and each artist will have a studio of the main space to themselves, or they can split it with another artist. The rest of the space will be used for a community safe space for BIPOC LGBTQA+ ie. Group therapy, meetings, work shops, art classes ect. It is also in the works to do quarterly maker’s market for artists in the space :) This has been a dream for many years and I am looking for 6-8 artists to make this dream a reality. The lease terms are month to month, everything included. The rent for a studio room within the space is 1,000. You are free to split between more than one person per room as long as the rent for the space is covered. The Haus of Threes goal is to provide a safe space for artists/small business’ to grow their brand and create a space where community comes together.
