No hookups, 1 or 2 pets on approval, no livestock, no hunting, no shady business. Residential use only, no commercial/industrial inquiries please. Wild horses do roam this land, so if you want complete privacy, you could fence off your space. You may legally harvest water for non-potable use in this area, but you'll need to provide your own drinking water. It's best to harvest rainwater during the summer storms/downpours in this area. BYO composting toilet. You'll have a lot of freedom with the land if you'd like to develop a small bit for gardening. Additional structures, eco homes, permaculture projects upon approval only.
