I am looking to hire one person starting at $21 per hour for one or two jobs per week every week until winter, as a landscape foreman. There is an opportunity for more regular work and higher pay if you do well. This position is for someone who already has a minimum of one year experience as a landscape laborer. Additional training will be provided. Candidates must own a working 8 foot or 6 foot-bed pickup truck, have a valid driver’s license, and have a basic understanding of landscaping work, as well as being able to distinguish common landscape plants from weeds. Duties include supervising no more than two other workers as well as preparing landscape beds for mulch, mulching, weeding, pruning, and installing plants. Tools, water, and gloves will be provided.
