Description

The Room Attendant will clean, dust, wax, scrub, polish, change sheets & linen, replenish all guest room supplies and stock cart with guest room supplies at beginning and end of the shift. Maintain a friendly manner at all times, greet all guests and co-workers. Empty waste baskets and remove all other trash in and around the guest rooms. Rearrange furnishings, drapes and room accessories in original settings. Leave the guest room in uniform arrangement as determined by IHG Brand Standards. Report any damage, hazards, repairs needed, and strangers in assigned areas. Communicate and work well with the maintenance department and other team members of the hotel. Return any items found in guest rooms, hallways, or back of the house to the Housekeeping department as a lost and Found item to the Front Desk. Respond to any projects or requests developed by the Housekeeping management team in a friendly and timely manner. Maintaining security of your equipment, key and supplies issued to you. Complete all other housekeeping duties as assigned. Requirements: - Must be flexible with work schedule - Must have reliable transportation - Must have proper work authorization
