Precision Renovations LLC is looking to hire a Semi Skilled Laborer. We're a General Contractor focusing on renovations & new builds. Weekdays, very occasional weekends, 40/hr a week, OT available. YOU MUST HAVE 1yr CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION. Labor Duties: - Cleaning job sites weekly (vacuum, organizing lumber orders, trash clean up, sweeping, carrying garbage cans to and form dumpster), install Floor Protector (ram-board), cleaning windows/floors/appliances. - Demo: Carrying out Lite demo work with other crew members (safety gear is provided). To include carrying garbage cans too and from dumpster, wood-concrete-drywall-insulation removal. -Snow/Landscape: snow shoveling all job-site in winter, lite landscape work in summers -Organizing work van, trailers, and/or workshops -Driving: material pick ups and returns, moving tools between job sites. Must have valid DL with good driving record. -Prep Work: tile prep, paint prep, crawlspace vapor barrier installs, spray foam Additional Experience (not required but helpful) - Basic carpentry, Welding, Concrete flatwork skills, skid steer or mini X operator, skilled landscape / hardscape / gardening work, High school Diploma and College (2 or 4 yr degree). Mandatory Requirements: - 22 years of age - Drug and Alcohol Free - Eager to learn, takes direction with ease, doesn't need to be told tasks multiple times - Go-Getter, motivated. This position will keep you busy. - This is not the right job for someone that isn't a self starter, lift heavy items, etc. Theres always something that can be done. Attitude is key to success. - 1yr of residential construction labor experience in cleaning, organizing, demo work. - No felonies (we work on GOVT projects) - Must have DL and a reliable vehicle to get too and from work. Incentives / Opportunity For growth: - Performance bonuses, $300-500 end of year - Monthly cell phone credit. - Health insurance stipend after 60 days. - 1 week PTO, after 6 months. - OT if desired $18-$20/hour depending on experience
