Key Responsibilities: •Operates roller machine to compress asphalt to maintain a smooth surface. •Assists crew in paving operations. •Provides day to day roller services and looks for ways to improve maintenance process or services on an ongoing basis. •Performs related work as assigned. •Follows all safety, compliance and environmental requirements in alignment with company standards. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: •Required 3-5 years experience required. •Required: Manual dexterity, eye-hand coordination, good physical fitness, a good sense of balance, and an ability to work as a member of a team. •Required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
