There is a high flow of commercial/residential work to do from Denver, Colorado Springs, and Pueblo, we're bringing on all trades to do house renovations, tenant finishes, ground up buildings and maintenance. If you're interested, look below and see if you can apply yourself for the commercial OR residential contracts. Commercial Contracts: Demolition HVAC Plumbing Electrical Tile Installation Acoustical Carpentry (ceiling tiles and grids) Carpentry Framing (steel framing is accepted) Painting Interior Wall Finish (drywall, insulation, trim) Residential Contracts: Tenant Calls/Services Plumbing Electrical Carpentry Painting Interior Wall Finish (drywall, insulation, trim) Cabinetry Maintenance- This position will need to have knowledge of plumbing, repairs, and handyman services. This is for maintenance calls were the tenants will be there. Must be professional and able to trouble shoot problems and make repairs. Payment will be discussed per experience and project.
