Miracle Method of Raleigh West is looking to hire a full time Refinishing (Painting/Spray) Technician. Our company is open year round and has a growth driven attitude which means a full schedule for you all year! As a Refinishing (Painting/Spray) Technician, you will be working in commercial and residential settings. Our company specializes in turning dated and worn bathrooms & kitchens into bright and new usable spaces. Entry level Refinishing (Painting/Spray) Technician requirements: Preferred background in Spray or Painting A clean Department of Motor Vehicles record. Will have to pass a drug test and background check We are looking for individuals Men and women in good physical shape who can perform the tasks of refinishing. People who take pride in their work and who help Miracle Method continue to be the preferred refinisher in the industry. Independent workers. Our technicians work independently going to a different job site every day. Good attention to detail. Refinishing is a craft. The quality of each job is only as good as the effort of the individual technician. Ability to adjust Consistent work history. We are looking for reliable people. We are looking for individuals who want long-term jobs. This position is a trade and not ideal for temporary employment. Problem Solvers. Each job is somewhat different and requires a person who can be flexible and deal with the unexpected. Refinishing Technician Benefits. Starting compensation at $50,000-$75,000 per year depending on experience. Compensation after training is completed is incentive based which is determined by the quality of work completed. Paid training.
