Lily, or Lilith, is a two year-old walker hound/ beagle mix. She is very loving, energetic and playful. She does have specific needs for an owner to be a good fit for her. This includes a fenced-in yard and someone to provide daily attention. She likes other dogs and cats. She loves children. She loves to go hiking, run, and go to the dog park. If you and your partner work full-time, she may not be a good fit. She is house broken and only has a very occasional accident. She does not do well with chickens, because she has prey instincts and will hurt them. She does not walk off leash and will run, so she has to be leashed when in unfenced areas. She has a submissive personality, but is also high-energy. She does like to chew small, soft items she finds around the house; but, she does well when those are replaced with toys. Veterinary information: Spayed, heartworm negative, and up to date on DHLPP and Rabies, dewormed, microchipped. She also has flea prevention and heartworm preventative.
