We are looking for a long term, positive, individual to become part of our General Contracting Team. We perform a large range of work including smaller jobs for Property Management Companies. General knowledge of all processes of construction and a general skill set to complete all aspects of a renovation are required. Pay will be adjusted for specialty skills or licenses (roofing, plumbing, HVAC, etc.). Knowledge of exteriors and basic structure are also a must. Some Tuckpointing or Masonry Skills a PLUS but not a Must. We will provide licensed, electrician, plumbers, and HVAC as needed for larger scale scopes but you must have a basic understanding of all these systems because the rest will be up to you. Will need own tools and transportation. Property Management and Renovation can be tricky so a Optimistic, Problem Solving Attitude is a MUST! Pay Starts at $14.00 per hr and can be adjusted up based on experience. Vacation Time, Paid Holidays, Sick Time all Provided! We look forward to hearing from you! Job Type: Full-time
