PART TIME MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL

Description

We are actively seeking a part time maintenance person for a small condo complex in Lake Ozark, MO. The position is 8-10 hours per week, and has the flexibility to make your own schedule. Pay is based on experience. Routine job duties are: cleaning pool bathrooms weekly; emptying trash receptacles; running a backpack leaf blower; pulling/spraying weeds in rock beds; de-webbing railings and docks; walking docks to look for potential issues; and some light construction related items such as using a screwdriver, a hammer, or caulk. The ideal candidate is a self starter who is able to stay on task without heavy supervision, and MUST have reliable transportation. Potential candidate must be able to pass a drug test, and present well in an interview with the Board of Directors. Also potential candidate must also be willing to be a 1099 employee of the Association. No benefits are offered.
