Environmental Painting LLC is looking for Painting and Exterior Deck Staining Sub-Contractors. (Candidates must have 3-5yrs experience minimum, 5-8yrs is ideal) RESIDENTIAL WORK ONLY ------------------------------------------------------------- Environmental Painting is a painting company that chooses to go above and beyond in work quality and creativity. We make sure to honor our prices and save every client money by cutting down on waste. Bad word of mouth spreads faster than good and takes one mistake to cause major problems. Our Sub-Contractors are important to us and essential to creating a good name for our business. We take care of those who value what they do and show consistency. Following Details are a must: (No Exceptions) - Must have Pictures or ability to show previous work -Clean cut and Professional (No DUI's or Felonies) -Must have a Truck, SUV, or Cargo Van - No smoking or drinking on job site or in vehicle on breaks. I understand Marijuana is legal recreationally however it can wait until the end of the day. NO SUB under any circumstances should show up high, drunk, or hungover to a job site!!! - Liability Insurance is mandatory as well as workers comp if applicable. All work will be 1099 and taxes are your responsibility. - Corporate will be in charge of all payments upon upon completion of work. (This can take up to a week depending on timing) - There will be opportunity to increase pay once quality and professionalism are shown. - All materials will be provided by Environmental Painting LLC; allowing you to focus on your work without the hassles of making sure you have what you need.
