Manufacturing company located in Lakeland, FL is looking for reliable candidates with simple understanding in construction tools. Company is currently ramping up production and is hiring for multiple positions. Position requires candidates to visually assess pallets and repair if cracks or imperfections larger than the head of a hammer are present. Remove nails, staples, and repair as needed. Experience is not necessary at the moment. Previous experience with hand tools, construction, and mechanical work will be beneficial. Mechanically inclined or good with hands is crucial. *Training is provided in the morning shift. Responsibilities: - Organize and repair any pallets needed - Work in a organized manner - Diligent with hand tools Qualifications: - Punctual and positive attitude - Knowledge on basic hand tools - Good work ethic - Highschool GED Shifts available: 4pm - 12am Pay Rate: $10 during training for 2 weeks, $12/hr by 3rd week and moving into piece pay. The more you fix or make, the more you earn. Realistic earnings $15-20+/hr, as you improve and become more efficient your pay increases and can exceed $650+ per week.
