Lakeland small company looking for customer service/receptionist Job Responsibilities: Answer phones, direct calls, some typing, data entry and document creation. Qualifications: • RECENT prior customer service/office administration experience. • Able to catch on and learn very quickly • Strong phone skills with heavy incoming and outgoing calls • Professionalism • Organization • MUST be proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel. Hours: 9am to 4:30pm
