Assists the Lead Installer with blowing insulation, spraying radiant barrier, roof repairs, driving to job site, and other miscellaneous duties. Acts in accordance with the Installation Policy & Procedures stated by the company. Upholds high standards of professional competence and ethical conduct. Ensures the proper installation of the product and satisfaction of the customer. Maintains accountability for all equipment and products provided by EAS. Primary responsibility is the prevention of damage to the homeowners’ property. Installation Technicians will at all times protect the customer’s home and not deviate from departmental procedures. Ensures that all required licenses remain current. High School Diploma or GED. 3 years Construction, Carpentry and/or spray rig experience (preferred, will train the right candidate). A valid driver's license and good communication skills.
