Currently, we are in search of a skilled shared full-time Maintenance Technician for our Monroe Terrace and Thirty43 by the Greene communities located in Monroe, OH and Kettering, OH respectively. Responsibilities and Duties The Maintenance Technician is to assist in maintaining the physical integrity of the community for the benefit of all residents, visitors, and staff: Perform any and all property maintenance needs Prepare apartments for new residents Basic Carpentry Plumbing Electrical Systems Mechanical Systems Small Appliance Repair Maintenance of the property grounds and common areas HVAC service and repair (willing to train) Ensure proper removal and disposal of trash Qualifications and Skills Maintenance or "handyman" experience Apartment/multi-family maintenance experience a plus Good written and oral communications Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Tools (hammer, screwdrivers, channel locks, multi meter, Allen wrenches, pliers, knife, flashlight) Able to respond to afterhours emergency calls as part of an on-call rotation Able to pass a background check and drug screen Benefit Summary Medical Dental Vision Company paid Life and Short Term Disability Voluntary Life Long Term Disability Flex Spending Account Health Savings Account 401(k) with 4% employer match Paid vacation and holidays Paid company events Paid community volunteering Referral bonus Rent discount potential Monthly commissions opportunity Annual bonus opportunity CLICK HERE TO APPLY:
