Property management company looking for qualified candidate to join staff overseeing Mattis North Apartments in Champaign, IL. Candidates should have maintenance, plumbing, electrical, painting, and cleaning experience. Apartment turn experience a plus. HVAC experience a plus. Must be able to perform the physical functions of the position, not limited to: ability to walk property, ability to lift 50+ pounds and climb ladders. The job shares on-call duties for after hour emergency calls and prospects will need their own transportation and basic tools.
