Seeking a kitchen manager for our startup food delivery business delivering food to new mothers. Must be detail oriented, team focused, responsible, reliable, professional, punctual and local to Ojai/ Oak View. Responsibilities will include: - communicating with head chef at kitchen on inventory - communicating with produce supplier on needs for the week - managing and ordering new raw materials via our Amazon business account - keeping track of a receiving log - 1-2 days on site at warehouse in Oak View preparing frozen orders for delivery - managing inventory of packaging items and ordering new items when needed - communicating with delivery driver to schedule upcoming delivery routes Everything except the on site days can be done remotely via email and phone.
