Description
Gilbert Real Estate is looking for a dependable, well-rounded person to perform routine tasks associated with residential and commercial real estate.
Duties:
* Maintain and repair properties (commercial and residential real estate)
* Clean and repair rental properties in a fast-paced turn season
* Respond to emergency calls, on a rotating basis, as assigned on nights/weekends
* Complete assigned work orders
* Inspect and clean up properties and grounds on a daily basis
* Prepare light paperwork associated with job duties (receipts, work orders, maintenance forms, etc)
* Perform inspections of rental units to verify that tenants are in compliance with rental agreement
* Organize and maintain supplies, materials, and equipment
* Service and repair fleet vehicles as needed
* Comply with all safety guidelines (local, state, and federal)
Requirements:
* one year minimum experience or equivalent in education/trade school
* must work well under supervision and with a diverse team
* valid driver's license
* background check required
* must be able to exert 50 to 100 pounds of force occasionally and 25 to 50 pounds of force frequently
* must be willing to submit to random drug testing
Preferred:
* background in electrical, construction, plumbing
Pay Scale: $14+ per hour. Pay is commensurate with experience.
Benefits:
* After completing one year, one week paid vacation
* After completing three years, two weeks of paid vacation
* After completing five years, three weeks of paid vacation

Hours: (required) Monday - Friday, 8:30am until 5pm with 30 minute lunch.
