Many companies don't make it to 50 in their first 2 years. Job Description: As mentioned in the job posting, I am looking specifically for a manager of our pest control business. This position will include all of the basics of a pest control technician's role, and will also focus heavily on the following: · Customer Relations / Advanced Customer Service · Team Management / Leadership · Training · Administrative Tasks Including Answering Live Calls · Managing A Prompt & Organized Email Inbox System With Multiple Active Accounts · Assist Billing Department · Scheduling Services & Establishing Service Routes Between Technicians · Performing Routine Inspections Of Company Vehicles Or Completing Employee Reviews · Providing Support To Technicians Around The Clock · Advancing Company & Working To Establish Company Brand · Generating Personal Leads / New Sales (commissions are included), It is not absolutely necessary that you have prior pest control experience however, it is certainly preferred. Ultimately, the right person for this role will possess the leadership and management skills outlined above and beyond. We can teach pest control but these traits are a must. As the company grows, so will the responsibilities of this role. The benefits will also follow. We are looking for a person that is highly motivated, effective, understands the importance of how and when to report back to supervisors, and who can effectively impact our team and business. Requirements: · Must embody true professionalism. · Availability. This will turn into a salaried position. Must be available for company needs between 8am - 9pm. In field work is almost always over by 5pm however, emails, staff questions, and customers phone calls will need to be made / returned throughout the evening. Not always but it will happen. This can be flexible as long as a client or team member gets response the same day before 9pm. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills. · Computer literacy including skills in Excel, Publisher, reading spreadsheets, reports, etc. within various PC programs. · Maintain Zero behavioral issues, random call outs, etc. This position requires absolute dedication. Sometimes, we work when we don't feel good. · Non Smoker. · Clean driving record (this will be confirmed). · Drug Free screening (this will also be confirmed). - Ability to train employees and turn them into experts. Pay: First 90 days: $14 / hr. Apprenticeship Phase (roughly 2 years) : $15 / hr. After Apprenticeship Phase: $18 - $20 / hr. + commissions for sales + benefits.
