Job Description This is an opportunity to join a stable family company as Quality Manager/ Field Supervisor of our weekend signage routes, a full-time position projected as Thursday- Monday (*40 hours weekly). This role includes customer engagement, quality oversight of a route, and fieldwork installation. We are seeking a self-starter with a record of dependability and motivation to fulfill scheduled responsibilities without constant direction. The vision for our Quality Manager is to provide supervisory comprehensive oversight of the weekend sign placement program, field installations, and maintain personable contact and representation to our client offices, as well as field installation preparation or coverage. Preparation for the weekend route includes- strategies for each upcoming weekend, potentially filling in any deficit within the production or install team as needed. On Saturdays and Sundays our Quality Manager / Field Supervisor would be responsible for route checks/ analysis, sales office check-ins, patrolling areas, and replacing any lost or down signs within the area being serviced. *This job does offer a health coverage plan and 401K with potential percentage of division bonus. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS: · Must have a clean driving record to qualify for our company insurance policy · Must have a valid driver’s license · Must have current proof of auto insurance policy · Must live close enough to commute · Must be a self-motivated leader · Must be computer literate and tech aware · Must have strong communication skills · Must be able to work weekends · Must be able to lift 50lbs SCHEDULE: Thursday - Monday, off Tues/Wed Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.50 - $18.50 per hour
