We are looking to expand our Operations Team with LSS Installers that are self starters, team players, and interested in learning our industry! Job Description Fabricate and install water filtration systems. Service and repair systems on job sites. Service equipment and perform shop maintenance. Perform general construction work including plumbing, excavation, carpentry, fiberglassing, and metal work. Adhere to relevant safety regulations. Product manufacturing, packaging, inventory, and delivery. Follow precise directions and plans to complete daily tasks. Qualifications and Education Requirements Position requires high school diploma or equivalent. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of general construction experience, or LSS/water filtration experience. HVAC, HDPE, plumbing, or equipment operator experience is a plus! Required Skills: time management, excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable with general hand and shop tools common to such projects, ability to work independently (when appropriate) and as a team. Must be able to stand for extended periods, bend, reach, and lift minimum of 50 pounds without assistance. Preferred Skills: Read & understand blueprints, facilities management, welding, glass/acrylic handling, aquatic exhibit eco-system management, basic lab skills/water testing, Certified LSS Operator, Certified Pool Operator This is a traveling position. Headquarters is located in Forney, TX (soon to be Poetry, TX). Applicants must be in commutable distance to headquarters. Job Type: Full-time Hourly pay: $19 to $23 per hour, in addition to Per diem and lodging while traveling for work.
