Job Description DGR Management is a property management company that has multiple single family homes in the Metro Detroit area. We looking for a highly experienced maintenance technician/ supervisor to perform a range of maintenance duties along with maintenance crew oversight. Your duties will include light plumbing electrical, HVAC, and remodeling properties. Must have reliable transportation along with tools needed for general repairs and a valid drivers license. Pay is based off experience. Employee Requirements Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle Must be able to take initiative and pay attention to detail Must be organized Superb customer service Previous property maintenance experience Remodeling experience Employee Responsibilities Receive, document, and update service requests in an organized manner. Assign importance to higher priority service requests. Ability to understand when to escalate repairs to outside vendors and submit prompt request to property manager for escalation. Collect and maintain property asset information (ie-appliance serial numbers, product warranty information, part sizes) Make sure all jobs are complete and finished in the most cost effective way. Reliable Must have leadership qualities Dead line driven/ time management Able to oversee maintenance team but also participate in daily maintenance and repairs
