The Cleaning Company is expanding! We are hiring 12+ positions immediately for hard-working, detail-oriented, friendly people who enjoy cleaning and being part of a positive culture and work environment. Currently we are looking for day, swing and nights, Monday through Sunday for all three shifts. We have 6, 10 and 12 hour shifts with a rotation of block days on/off. Work hard and play hard! We offer competitive wages with bonuses based off of client feedback. Opportunities for promotion into team lead and management positions are available. POSITION SUMMARY: You will be a part of a cleaning team of 1-5 people. Each team will be doing a wide variety of cleans, from easy to difficult and everything in between. Types of jobs include residential, commercial, and government. This position requires the highest level of quality, attention to detail, punctuality, and professionalism for our customers. We aren't your average cleaning company and we want our employees to reflect our values as a company. Here is a list of what to expect: Perform a wide range of cleaning services for residential, commercial, and government properties. Use our awesome company vehicles! Interact with clients with a professional, courteous, and friendly manner at all times. Wear your cleaning company uniform during work hours and represent the company in a professional manner. Attend and participate in company training programs. Maintain a professional appearance at all job sites and while in public. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or G.E.D. Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently. 3+ months of professional experience in any service industry (preferred). Ability to work well under pressure and deadlines with the potential for frequent interruptions. Ability to pass a criminal history background check. Must have a cell phone. Must have a valid driver's license and your own vehicle with current insurance.
