JOB TITLE: Landscape Construction Worker III - Foreman DEPARTMENT: Construction WAGE: $16.50 - $20.00 per hour DURATION: Permanent - Full Time after 3-month probation ESSENTIAL JOB QUALIFICATIONS: 3 or more years of landscape construction experience Leadership role in landscape construction or related field Valid Oregon driver's license. Clean driving record for past 3 years. Pass pre-employment drug screen. Ability to follow all safety procedures. Ability to adhere to all company policies. Demonstrable knowledge and experience with pavers, retaining walls, low voltage lighting, irrigation, water features, decks and fences. Experience operating typical landscape construction equipment such as but not limited to: mini excavator, skid steer loader, dingo, dump trailer, front end loader ASSIGNED DUTIES: May work alone or with others. Lead and or oversee crew in construction install or repair work. Install, repair irrigation systems Install, repair water features Install, repair low voltage lighting systems Install, repair paver walks, patios, driveways Install, repair retaining walls Install, repair wood fence, gate, decks and railings Maintain daily records. Wash and maintain vehicles and equipment. May assist other crews or departments. BONUS SKILLS: Bi-lingual Landscape Contractor License General Construction License SUMMARY STATEMENT: This is a leadership position.
